For many people, going to the dentist for a dental check-up is still a terrifying experience. However, it is strongly advised that you go at least twice a year to avoid any oral health problems.
A thorough dental examination is essential because the dentist will utilize treatment and advice to keep your gums and teeth healthy.
If this is your first visit, the hygienist will request your whole medical history. If it is not your first appointment, they will inquire about any changes in your health conditions, such as diabetes, arthritis, pregnancy, if you are taking any new drugs, and other pertinent information.
According to Dr. Chahya Chauhan, it is critical to see your dentist twice a year. Because only a dentist can detect and diagnose the oral and dental problems that have developed in your mouth. Any sorts of decay that are present will be identified during the dentists thorough examination. And they won’t be seen until they’ve progressed to the point where they’re severe and causing pain. The earlier a problem is identified, the better it can be addressed in terms of oral health therapy.
